Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Location: either Ludvika or Västerås – but Office presence at least 2 days/week in Ludvika / Västerås every week; remote work possible rest of the time.

- Identification, exploration and implementation of technology / product development and growth strategies to enhance and secure global positioning.
- Ensure project execution, foster innovation and develop and secure R&D capabilities in the business for profitability.
- Devising research methods, focus on future technical direction, future scenarios in transforming technology landscape.
- Preparing technical specifications and specifying laboratory test equipment and processes.
- Making recommendations concerning acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials within budgets and targets set.
- May participate in intellectual property evaluations and development of patent applications.
- Coordinating pilot-plant or initial production runs on new products or processes.
Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
- Certifications are advantageous: CISSP or similar.
- Working in development projects for control of HVDC stations, network and cloud.
- Writing documents and engage with stakeholders working proactively in cyber security.
- Teamplayer, cooperative with knowledge of Agile work.
- Previous cyber securty work mandatory.
- Safe-coding practices and life cycle management.

Description:
Apply strong IS security knowledge and expertise to any IS activity within all IS process domains, especially within BUILD and RUN to support global business needs and help solving difficult topics.
Is capable to work independently. On assignment and request identifies, proposes, advises and implements existing IS security technology in the context of IS solutions/services, sharing knowledge and if senior – guiding others on implementation and operation, using understanding of existing security technology and business requirements.
Minimum requirements of education and experience:
• 5-8 years of work experience within the relevant field including leadership/management and a bachelor or master’s degree.
• Another IT degree with more than 15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Working command of the English language.
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN is possible – but Office presence at least 2 days/week in Ludvika / Västerås every week.
