Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning

• Represent PostNord’s interests throughout the migration program and act as the primary interface toward Capgemini and other key vendors.
• Establish and maintain strong project governance, reporting, risk management, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate business, infrastructure, security, application, and SAP teams across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business objectives.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, issues, and risks.
• Lead steering committee meetings and executive stakeholder communications.
• Oversee cutover planning, testing, business readiness, and transition to operations.
• Ensure compliance with PostNord’s security, operational, and regulatory requirements.

Skallkrav

Minimum 10-15 years of experience as a Project Manager leading large-scale IT transformation programs.
Proven track record of managing complex SAP infrastructure and hosting projects.
Extensive experience with SAP environments, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP, and related SAP technologies.
Demonstrated experience leading or overseeing SAP migrations from on-premises or traditional data center environments to Microsoft Azure.
Strong understanding of cloud migration methodologies, infrastructure modernization, disaster recovery, high availability, and operational readiness.
Excellent risk management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience managing global system integrators and outsourced service providers.
Strong knowledge of project management frameworks such as Agile, or hybrid delivery models.

Börkrav

Previous experience working with Microsoft Azure migration programs involving enterprise-scale SAP landscapes.
SAP certification and/or Microsoft Azure certification.
Experience working in multinational organizations with operations across the Nordic region.
Familiarity with ITIL, service management, and operational transition processes.

Övriga krav

Based in Stockholm or elsewhere in the Nordic region.
Ability to work regularly onsite with PostNord stakeholders and participate in workshops, steering committees, and key project events.
