Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Description:
Production engineering includes development and application of various processes and utilization of specialized equipment to efficiently accomplish such objectives as fabrication, production, modification, or repair of products. It also includes areas of improvement of processes and lay out. Use computers and selected programs for such matters as preparing reports and conducting analyses.
Independently perform various engineering duties requiring the exercise of judgment and application of standard engineering principles and practices, towards set goals. Plan, conduct or coordinate a range of complex engineering activities encompassing one or more engineering disciplines. Conduct or coordinate complex analyses, advanced technical studies and develop recommendations based on sound engineering practices and business considerations as well as potentially legal and other agency requirements.
Minimum requirements of education and experience:
• Minimum six (6) years of work experience within the relevant field and a bachelor or master’s degree, or
• Another technical degree with more than 15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Working command of the English language.

Cooling Systemenheten i Landskrona ansvarar globalt för utveckling och tillverkning av kylsystem för högspänningsapplikationer. Produktionen inkluderar rör- och kärltillverkning, mek- och el-montage, provning och skeppning. Produkterna är främst projektdesignade, inslag av serietillverkning förekommer, och varierar i storlek från 20 kg upp till hela 15 ton.
Enheten omfattar 230 engagerade medarbetare och står inför en stark tillväxt. Lokalt på enheten finns alla funktioner representerade Marknad, R&D, Design, Eftermarknad och Inköp. Detta ger korta beslutsvägar och god förståelse mellan avdelningarna.
Hur du kommer att påverka
• Driva kontinuerliga förbättringsprojekt och andra projekt, t.ex. utökning av produktionskapacitet.
• Stödja ”LEAN-tänk” i hela organisationen.
• Analysera och förbättra materialflöde och arbetsmetoder.
• Granska avvikelsedata och föreslå samt implementera förbättringar, inte bara inom produktionen utan även förbättringar som involverar andra avdelningar.
• Vara involverad i förberedelser av nya produkter och revision.
Din bakgrund
• Du har en ingenjörsexamen eller liknande, kombinerat med gedigen erfarenhet inom produktion, produktionsstyrning, kvalitetssystem och LEAN.
• Det är en fördel om du har erfarenhet av affärssystem, helst SAP.
• Som person är du driven, analytisk, målinriktad, och har förmåga att samarbeta med olika yrkesgrupper.
• Du är stresstålig, förstår vikten av att hålla ”deadlines” och ser möjligheter istället för begränsningar.
• Du behärskar det svenska och engelska språket väl och kan lätt uttrycka dig i både tal och skrift.

If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
