About the assignment
We are looking for a Salesfoce Clouds Project Manager with documented long experience in Salesforce and Project Management. Goal is to secure alignment across CRM tracks and enable the team to deliver according to the list of priorities and cross track delivery of CRM initiatives with an internal and external focus on the Salesforce system.

Responsibilities/Expectations from the role:

  • Take ownership of initiatives and tasks relevant to the CRM team and drive them to their completion
  • Ensure a general alignment, both cross-track within the CRM team as well as with other relevant teams/business stakeholders.
  • Follow-up on timelines, plans and activities with an intent towards ensuring steady progress within the team.
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for the development team.
  • Prioritize features and collaborate with product owners to ensure alignment with business goals, technical deadlines and considerations as well as general steering vision from IT management.

Tasks:
  • Collaborate with overall solution architect and tech lead for the area to ensure aligned, scalable and maintainable solution design with an increased focus on planning and timelines + recognizing the responsible for each task and following up.
  • Detail and execute according to the high-level project plan
  • Plan and execute on test, cutover and go-live 
  • Run and coordinate multiple tracks within the initiative
  • Report status, flag for risks and dependencies in a timely manner on the initiative, tracks and tasks for the individual developer
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Product Owner, overall Solution Architect and business project manager as well as other key stakeholders 
  • Prepare materials for and report to technical and non-technical forums. Ability to communicate to teams that are not experts in Salesforce and remove blockers.
  • Convert requirements into work tasks for development team. Take input/feedback from architects and tech leads when formulating tasks towards development teams.
  • Demo solution for non-technical stakeholders on the business side
Skallkrav

Salesforce skill: Good understanding of Salesforce concepts and capabilities within Sales, Customer Service and Marketing
Salesforce skill: Good/Deep understanding of declarative programming in Salesforce and Admin skills
Salesforce skill: A general understanding of backend capabilities (Java, C#, Python, Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce etc.)
Salesforce skill: Data Mapping and data flow design
Salesforce skill: Ability to determine the sequence of execution of tasks with regards to fulfilling/accomplishing CRM goals.
Salesforce skill: General understanding of Salesforce Governing Limits and platform limitations.
Integration skill: A fair understanding of working with APIs, Web Services, Middleware, Queues/Topics.
Integration skill: Experience in working with teams related to other providers
Integration skill: Good understanding of Connected apps, authentication methods, data contracts, security considerations and procedures.
Integration skill: REST Clients, Swagger Specifications.
Solution Architect skill: Quality assure solution
Solution Architect skill: Follow Salesforce best practices and PN solution and security guidelines and convey these to the initiative team members.
Project Management skill: Proven experience with project management
Project Management skill: Structured approach for capturing work tasks for the development team and follow-up on progress
Analysis Skill: Can identify both business and technical needs and frame them as business value driven activities.
