Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Background:
Our customer, a leader in the Paper and Pulp industry, is embarking on a strategic transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP). Our aim is to optimize our business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance our data management capabilities.
Early 2024, the Atlas program started the Design of the first release covering the areas of Finance, Tax, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement and Maintenance and we are now closing in on go-live in November this year. Key focus is to ensure harmonized processes over the 9 mills (6 in Europe and 3 in North America) and work closely with stakeholders within the organisation.
This request is for a Workstream lead for “Data & Migration” to continue, and strengthen, the work around area of Data. The role is responsible for the full delivery of the workstream and dependencies with other areas and ensuring the best solution – from a business and system perspective. The work will be done in close collaboration with other workstreams within the Atlas program.
The enablement team Data & Migration has several sub-streams, responsibilities are to ensure area of data has a focus and is successful part of the program (not only migration of data). The program is entering a new phase where the solution soon is live, meaning it will be important to be able to plan the workstream both from a program perspective (continue to develop and rolling out a solution), while also having responsibility to coordinate part of the data that has a need of governance and maintenance for areas live in the solution.
Main location is Solna Office, but the company has operations spread out in mainly Sweden, Finland and the US. Some travel will be part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
· We are looking for a consultant with experience in ERP programs as well of change management when furthering developing a live solution. It is the combination we are looking for.
· Plan and Lead the successful delivery of the project workstream “Data & Migration”, securing success with support of experts in each sub-stream. The current topics handled in sub-streams are:
o Data migration
o Master data management
o Historical data
o Information Architecture
o Implementation of master data tools
· Coordinate with other relevant workstreams in Atlas and in business
o Work closely and coordinate within the program where data is important; such as deploy, training, testing and integration
o Work closely with business stakeholders to support areas live in the solution
· Ensure strategy, context and expertise is in focus to achieve best possible solution and process for (focusing on data quality end to end)
· Drive and ensure resolution/closure of identified solution gaps (process and system) together with SI-partner, business and IT team.
· Coordinate and develop how Data & Migration workstream can further support the program’s success
· Ensure stakeholder collaboration (for example reference groups), meeting forums and expectation management.
· Lead, plan work and coordinate resources within workstream
· Being an ambassador for the new solution
· Language:
o English (primary)
o Swedish (secondary)
Skallkrav
Educational Background:
Engineering, Information Technology, Finance management, or a related field.
Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA are advantageous
Proven experience in program & project management; with experience of data and automation, also expert experience from at least one domain of data.
Experience with SAP implementations and in areas where IT and business process meet.
Experience with both custom-built and ERP-systems, and a strong understanding of their challenges.
Experience from working with automation data and processes.
Meritorious with experience from manufacturing sectors but not required.
Experience from business development.
