Additional Hiring Information for Supplier
Location: Ludvika, remote work is possible in dialogue with hiring manager. Needs to be on-site at least 1 day/week.
Vi söker en erfaren teknisk specialist som kan bidra med djupgående analys och tekniskt stöd för att identifiera utmaningar i vår tekniska organisation och leveransprojekt och föreslå förbättringar. Rollen innebär att förstå och konkretisera tekniska behov i organisationen samt omsätta dessa till praktiska och affärsmässiga lösningar.
Ansvarsområden:
• Analysera tekniska krav och komplexitet inom organisationen för att identifiera förbättringspotential och säkerställa teknisk kvalitet.
• Identifiera hinder i leveranser och leverabler, samt föreslå och driva förbättringsåtgärder för ökad effektivitet och kvalitet.
• Samverka med tvärfunktionella team för att initiera och leda tekniska förbättringsinitiativ i linje med verksamhetens mål.
• Kartlägga kompetensgap och utveckla strategier för effektiv onboarding, kompetensutveckling och långsiktig teamförstärkning.
Kvalifiationer:
• Förmåga att se helheten och förstå hur olika tekniska komponenter samverkar inom komplexa systemmiljöer.
• Teknisk förståelse för både energisystem och IT, med förmåga att översätta och kommunicera krav på ett tydligt och strukturerat sätt.
• Förmåga att identifiera tekniska risker och föreslå förebyggande åtgärder.
• Förmåga att balansera intressen mellan kund, leverantör och interna intressenter för att skapa långsiktiga relationer.
• Erfarenhet av felsökning och rotorsaksanalyser.
• Vana att dokumentera tekniska lösningar och krav på ett sätt som är begripligt för både tekniker och projektledare.
• Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
Description:
Software Engineering consists of the development, introduction, and application of software to respond to customer requirements and to cost-effectively provide a means of analysing, producing, distributing, and storing information.
Independently and leading other engineers, perform various engineering duties requiring the exercise of judgment and application of standard engineering principles and practices, towards set goals. Lead, plan, conduct and coordinate a range of complex engineering activities encompassing one or more engineering disciplines. Serve as consultant to management and customers regarding advanced technical studies, their potential application and the resolution of complex problems. Coordinate major engineering tasks of substantial impact to HITACHI ENERGY. Proactively develop and implement measures to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
Minimum requirements of education and experience:
• Minimum six (6) years of work experience within the relevant field including leadership/management and a bachelor or master’s degree or
• Another technical degree with more than 15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Working command of the English language.
NOTE!
This is a fairly complex role. We’re looking for someone who can support the management team in driving business transformation and enhancing project execution. The position is not connected to R&D, but rather focused on customer deliveries and operational improvement.
Technical expertise and understanding are crucial to success in this role, as it involves ensuring technically robust deliveries. Experience in energy systems is an advantage, but it does not necessarily have to be in electrical power—the important thing is to be able to navigate technically complex environments.
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Remote work WITHIN SWEDEN is possible, however needs to be On-site at least 1 day/week.
