Description:
Responsible for providing order management services to clients. Activities include helping clients to handle order quoting, order processing; order fulfilment, review of orders, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment etc. for their customers. Ensures timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction. Monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors.
A Senior Para-Professional (S3) requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. May require the following proficiency: Works under limited supervision for routine situations. Provides assistance and training to lower level employees. Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand.

As an order handler, you will be a central contact point between our sales team and customers. The contingent worker will be responsible for the entire process, from receiving and registering customer orders in our business systems to following up on deliveries until the order is completed. The contingent worker will be part of our order and project support team and play a crucial role in exceeding our customers’ expectations.
Responsibilities include:
• Regular contact with customers and manufacturing units.
• Managing orders and following up on payments.
• Adapting to customer needs and any changes during the process.
• Working in an international environment with deliveries to factories across Europe.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in order management and business systems, preferably SAP and Salesforce.
• Enjoys collaborating and communicating with various people.
• Is solution-oriented and can quickly adapt to changing requirements.
• Is energetic, proactive, and has a strong sense of responsibility.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Is detail-oriented and efficient in their work.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma.
• Technical understanding.
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in Swedish and comfortable communicating in English.
NOTE:
- This position is in office in Västerås, working in a team.
- Some remote work might be possible in dialogue with manager.

Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
