Advanced support for the long-term digital repository solution RODA (Repository of Authentic Digital Records) till Karolinska Institutet

We are currently looking for an advanced support for the long-term digital repository solution RODA (Repository of Authentic Digital Records) till Karolinska Institutet.

Karolinska Institutet (KI) is one of the world’s foremost medical universities.
RODA (Repository of Authentic Digital Records) is a long-term digital repository solution that delivers functionality for all the main functional units of the OAIS reference model.
KI has decided to use RODA for long-term archiving of digital information and needs a support provider with good knowledge of the system.
KI intends to sign an agreement with one (1) vendor for a period of 1 year after the beginning of the contract. After the end of the period it should be possible to extend the duration of the contract with a written instrument signed by and between the parties, at most until the 1st of November 2027.
KI estimates the need for support to be approximately 50-80 hours a year, but it should be possible to order more hours if necessary. All support deliveries from the vendor should be done after agreement between KI and the vendor.
The vendor shall ensure the delivery in the form of a team with several years of experience in providing support for RODA and with a very good understanding of the system. Furthermore, the team should be able to provide continuity in the assignment, ensuring that important knowledge and expertise are transferred between team members.
The vendor shall provide technical documentation needed for KI to implement the system.

Misc information:

Travelling fees are excluded. Overtime may only be billed after explicit agreement between the client and the supplier.

Extension is possible until November 1st, 2027.
