Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Secure solution and deliver project “Nordic Case Management” under “Nordic Customer Support”. We are looking for someone with documented long experience as Solution Architect in Salesforce and Project Management who is Nordic speaking. Expected outcome is delivery of “Nordic Case Management” epics.
Postnord Group AB operates on the principle of flexible workplaces but with a physical presence of about 3 days a week, agreed upon together with the client.
Role and responsibility:
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to gather, understand, and refine requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for the development team.
- Conduct requirement workshops and facilitate effective communication between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams.
- Prioritize features and collaborate with product owners to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Review and validate delivered features, ensuring they meet business expectations and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a backlog of features and improvements, updating requirements as needed.
- Possess hands-on technical experience to assist in clarifying requirements and supporting development efforts when necessary.
- Create and present workshops and materials for business stakeholders.
- Report to Steering committees/upper management.
- Design scalable, robust, and secure technical solutions that align with business objectives and technical constraints.
- Identify, manage, and communicate dependencies and integration challenges across systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, standards, and best practices.
Tasks:
Solution Architecture
- Set solution design and explain to both technical and non-technical team members
- Collaborate with overall solution architect and tech lead for the area to ensure aligned, scalable and maintainable solution design
- Follow Salesforce best practices and PN solution and security guidelines and convey these to the initiative team members
- Detail and execute according to the high-level project plan
- Plan and execute on test, cutover and go-live
- Run and coordinate multiple tracks within the initiative
- Report status, flag for risks and dependencies in a timely manner on the initiative, tracks and tasks for the individual developer
- Coordinate and collaborate with Product Owner, overall Solution Architect and business project manager as well as other key stakeholders
- Prepare material for and report to SteerCo for initiative together with business project manager
- Convert requirements into work tasks for development team
- Demo solution for non-technical stakeholders on the business side
Skallkrav
Salesforce skill: Deep understanding of Salesforce declarative programming
Salesforce skill: Programming experience (Java, C#, Python, Apex, SQL) – front end programming language experience is a plus
Salesforce skill: Data Mapping and data flow design
Salesforce skill: Ability to design technical solutions that fit within the Salesforce landscape and within the given limits
Salesforce skill: Salesforce Routing – Internal, External (Skills based/Queue Based)
Salesforce skill: MIAW Chat/Chatbots
Salesforce skill: Flows and triggers, Assignment rules, working with metadata records
Salesforce skill: Knowledge of design and integration patterns
Integration skill: Experience working with APIs, Web Services, Middleware, Queues/Topics
Integration skill: Experience in working with teams related to other providers
Integration skill: Connected apps, authentication methods, data contracts
Integration skill: REST Clients, Swagger Specifications
Solution Architect skill: Quality assure solution
Project Management: Proven experience with project management
Project Management: Structured approach for capturing work tasks for the development team and follow-up on progress
Analysis skill: Can identify and understand business needs, capture requirements and facilitate workshops/meetings with various business stakeholders
Good knowledge in both the Swedish and the English language (spoken and written)

Knowledge and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google etc.)

Communication skills: excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical team members and colleagues. Nordic speaking.
