Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
This position is divided in 2 parts
Service Manager in operations for current Calculation and Cost Control
Oversee all services, products and systems in scope of responsibility, ensuring that business demands and agreed service levels are being met.
Lifecycle Management
Identify and drive service and system improvements (including automation), and contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and financial follow-up.
Service Delivery & Operations
Coordinate deployments, releases, and patches via CAB and champion continuous feedback-driven improvements.
Service Development
Plan and manage transitions from development to production, staying informed on trends and initiatives to enhance services.
Service Consumer Relationship
Enable self-service by ensuring end-user instructions and knowledge articles are accurate and accessible.
Management of Service Providers
Enforce contracting guidelines and principles, steering supplier relationships throughout the agreement lifecycle
Service Manager in the project – Project Cost Management. Still not decided to start
Be part of the project as Service Manager to make sure the system/service is operational ready and that quality is assured. And both as sender and receiver you would assess the quality of the delivery and verify that everything is ready for operation, together with Product owner and/or Service Owner.

Academic degree or equivalent work life experience
Experienced Service Manager

Agile and ITIL basic knowledge
