Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning

We are now looking for a Project and Change Manager for the Project Lime CRM – transition to web client with competence level 3 to NCC

1 Background

There is a business need to transition from the existing desktop client to a modern Lime CRM web client to enhance usability and customer engagement.

The objective of this initiative is to transition NCC from the outdated Lime CRM desktop client to the modern Lime CRM web client, ensuring improved usability, enhanced customer engagement, and alignment with NCC’s strategic direction. This transition aims to mitigate risks associated with unsupported software, maintain ROI on previous investments, and provide a stable, scalable CRM platform that supports NCC’s long-term business needs.

Success will be measured by user adoption rates, improved customer data management, and the ability to support cross-organizational collaboration and strategic decision-making

2 Results/Tasks

· Project Management responsibilities

* Drive and be responsible for the project’s deliverables
– Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
– Ensure scope, risks, and issues are documented and managed

* Lead Nordic rollout planning for Building SE, FI, DK, NO, Infrastructure and Hercules

* Coordinate integrations, data flows, access management and events

* Secure cross-team alignment across Business, IT, BA, and external suppliers
– Secure architecture alignment with EA & SDC
– Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and decision forums

* Vendor coordination (Prepare phase)

* Drive UAT planning and execution across countries

* Ensure delivery of Business Analytics MVP reports

* Produce SteerCo materials; secure decision‑making

· Business Change responsibilities

* Develop full BCM plan for Prepare & Execute

* Lead stakeholder mapping across ~400+ users
* Define change impacts with each BA and country
* Support super user network
* Drive communication strategy and training plan
* Execute readiness assessments before rollout waves
* Support adoption measurement and benefit tracking

Delivery shall result in

· Lime CRM web client available for all relevant business areas (Building Sweden, Building FI, Building NO, Infrastructure)

· New Lime CRM database established for Civil DK

· Integrate Lime CRM Web client with NCC’s integration platform

· Harmonized common data definitions and structures.

3 Management
Managed by Project Owner, Weekly PMO sync, monthly SteerCo, Deliverables approved by Project Owner and Steering Group.

4 Time period and availability

15-02-2026 to 31-01-2027.
Prepare: 70% PM / 30% BCM.
Execute: 60% PM / 40% BCM

Nordic travel required as agreed.

At least 6 years as a consultant within relevant area
Have participated in several similar assignments at different clients
