Description:
Apply strong IS application technology knowledge and expertise to any application IS activity within all IS process domains, especially within BUILD and RUN to support global business needs and help solving difficult topics. IS capable to work independently. On assignment identifies, proposes, advises and implements existing IS application technology and IS solutions/services, sharing knowledge and depending on seniority – guiding others on implementation and operation, using understanding of existing IS application technology and business requirements.
Minimum requirements of education and experience:
• 0-1 years of work experience within the relevant field, and a bachelor’s degree.
• Another IT degree with less than 10 years of work experience within the relevant field.
• Working command of the English language.
Additional Hiring Information for Supplier
We are looking for an Engineering Base Application Specialist consultant. The intention is for this consultant to support our in-house application manager/specialist team in times of high workload.
Ideally on 100% time, minimum 50%.
Your responsibilities:
- Engineering Base implementation on infrastructure.
- Application version upgrade.
- Participate in application development projects.
- Application administration, installation-management, and configuration according to Hitachi Energy and industry standards.
- Documentation of solutions and processes.
- 3rd-line support for our internal support organization.
- Macro requirement specification.
- Application setup and configuration on infrastructure.
- Engineering Base SQL management.
- Following and improving our way of working.
- Experience in any electrical CAD application such as Engineering Base, E3 etc..
- A bachelor’s degree in the IT or engineering space.
- You are a driven and motivated individual with a creative mindset and great interpersonal skills.
- You share enhancements and improvement ideas and evaluate others’ ideas as if they were your own.
- Working in teams and collaborating within them is your preferred way of working.
- Fluency in English is required, and you can communicate well to get your message across in a coherent and clear way.

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
The assignment is Onsite.
