Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning

• Define the test strategies and approach based on project scope and requirements.
• Prepare Test plan for Hitachi Energy team to test WFM system and integrated applications based on requirements already documented.
• Support & coordinate integration changes, if any.
• Support and coordinate the development and maintenance of integrations specifications, mapping, and technical integration artifacts as well as supplier configurations.
• Work with other global and local IT and business teams to understand their integration requirements.
• Manage execution, monitoring and reporting test progress and defect status in decided test management tool. Manage regular test meetings.
• Manage integration testing (SIT), customer validation (UAT) and other relevant testing for WFM system.
• Collaborates with Project manager, Function lead and project core team from Hitachi Energy and leads from ADP for all testing related activities in relevant test phases.

• 10+ years experience managing integrations and testing including design, development, test planning, execution and reporting. 
• Experience from HR and HR Time applications is advantageous.
• 10+ years of experience specifically within system integration domain area, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Understands testing methodology, test planning and reporting of testing statistics.
• Knowledge and experience of test- and defect management tools to setup testing in agreed tool for Momentous Program.
• Extensive knowledge of integration tools and platforms and understanding of integration strategies, methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge in and experience of managing integration tests.
• Experience of the ADP Workforce Manager solution will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
• Good organization, time management, decision making and negotiation skills.
• Responsibility for end-to-end delivery, independence, discipline.
• Ability to contribute with good team spirit, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken).
