Solution developer, SAP Build Workzone, Pilot

Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning

• Execute a pilot implementation on top of SAP Build Work Zone within a defined part of the business (order management / Logistics).
• Deliver a concrete, user friendly, and business driven digital workspace based on real user needs.
• Demonstrate how Work Zone can integrate with SAP S/4HANA, internal processes, and existing digital workflow.
• Produce a recommendation and decision basis for potential expansion of use cases.

• Planning & Leadership
• Participate in developing a detailed pilot plan, activities, sprint structure, and roadmap.
• Participate in coordination with business representatives within order management, logistics, and IT.
• Raise risks and dependencies to project management.

• Conduct workshops and interviews with end users and process owners.
• Document and translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, and mockups.
• Design the structure for Work Zone (workspaces/sites), widgets, access groups, and navigation.

• Build and configure SAP Build Work Zone solutions:
  • Pages, navigation, layouts
  • Integrated apps/tiles
  • Roles, Groups, widgets
  • Notifications, news feeds, document areas, etc.
• Ensure integrations with S/4, process automation tools or other BTP services (supported by technical resources where needed).

• Lead user demo sessions and support user testing.
• Handle feedback and iterate on the solution.

• Contribute to a final report including:
  • benefits and lessons learned
  • recommendations for broader rollout
  • gap analysis
  • technical and functional documentation
• Contribute in handover to operations or the continued project organization.

Skallkrav

Experience with SAP Build Work Zone (standard or advanced editions)
Ability to independently develop and configure Work Zone solutions
Understanding of SAP processes within Order management and Logistics
Experience running workshops and translating business needs into solution design.
Experience with agile ways of working
Fluency in English and Swedish in both verbal and written
Experience with BTP services related to Work Zone (IAM, Launchpad, SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Process Automation)
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, especially Sales, Delivery, and Warehouse functions.

Börkrav

Consulting experience from pilot/innovation-driven initiatives
Ability to create light UI components (e.g., apps using SAP Build Apps)
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in applicable area
