• Design scalable, robust, and secure technical solutions that align with business objectives and technical constraints.
• Identify, manage, and communicate dependencies and integration challenges within the CRM team and adjacent teams.
• Collaborate with developers and tech leads, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure that initiatives are delivered on time and with the right outcomes in mind – security, salesforce guidelines, other systems limitations
• Recommend the right solution/way forward when it comes to available options and describe pros/cons with a short term/long term set of considerations.
• Maintain platform integrity when designing/developing aiding solutions to minimize business impact and maximize outputs.
• Possess hands-on technical experience to assist in clarifying requirements and supporting development efforts when necessary.

• Set solution design and explain to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Collaborate with overall solution architect and tech lead for the area to ensure aligned, scalable and maintainable solution design.
• Follow up on timelines and set realistic project plans.
• Detail and execute according to the high-level project plan.
• Plan and execute on test, cutover and go-live.
• Run and coordinate multiple tracks within the initiative.
• Report status, flag for risks and dependencies in a timely manner on the initiative, tracks and tasks for the individual developer.
• Convert requirements into work tasks for development team.
