Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning

• Create, maintain, and adapt or modify all processes related to the Site Management discipline.
• Maintain the process models in the applicable Information Management System for the processes related to the Site Management discipline, e.g., Adonis.
• Coach and mentor new Site Managers into the ways and methods of the HVDC Site Management discipline.
• Drive the understanding, mitigation and/or resolution of critical issues related to the Site Management discipline.
• Drive continuous improvement actions related to the Site Management discipline.
• Define and/or organize new trainings and courses that further the Site Management discipline and improves the abilities and aptitudes of the team.
• Connect and interface with other departments in relation to interactions/collaborations required for the performance of Site Management tasks and the alignment of processes.
• Drive new initiatives defined in coordination with the Head of HVDC Site Management department.
• Drive specific tasks defined or delegated by the Head of the Site Management department.
• Undertake Quality Improvement Items (QITs) raised for the Site Management discipline and drive them into fruitful completion and ensure the proper distribution of applicable Lessons Learned.
• Ensure the distribution of knowledge among the Site Management population.
• Work with IT responsible department in defining the right tools to be used by the Site Management population.
• Participate in auditing the sites in relation to the activities of the Site Management discipline.
• Attend and represent Site Management in HSE discussion forums representing the Site Management discipline.
• Guide any intern or university graduate in the performance of the project or task for which the person has been engaged in the team, for the duration of their assignment.
