Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning

• You will be managing the documentation deliverables within MACH R&D projects / products based on project’s as well as company’s documentation requirements, processes, estimate costs, risks, and follow-up.
• You will be the main point of contact for stakeholders within GI MACH regarding documentation requirements.
• Reviews documents towards requirements and interacts with the engineering functions that have generated the documents.
• Manage documentation storage and ensure proper version control in the document management system.
• You will be involved in continuously monitoring and follow-up planned project documentation delivery throughout project execution, by clear reporting and regular contact with stakeholders.

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Over 3 years of experience in documentation management.
• Background in document control on R&D documentation.
• Proficient in using document management and database tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are important.
• Fluency in English language – Swedish a plus.
• Familiarity with xECM and InEight is considered a plus.

• 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
