Description:
HR Business Partners perform a specialized type of HR work focused on HR consulting to the business including: HR consulting and coaching (e.g., working with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues, provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc.). Enabling business change (e.g., supporting the talent aspects of organization structure changes, talent integration related to mergers & acquisitions, etc.). HR program advocacy (e.g., communicating the business value of HR initiatives, managing HR program roll out to minimize business disruption, etc.). Partnering with the business and talent management/staffing and recruiting colleagues on key talent initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, succession planning, etc.)
A Specialist Professional (P4) is a recognized subject matter expert in job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include: Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager. Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
Additional information:
100% from August to November 2025 covering Figeholm factory + Technology Center in Ludvika, then decrease to 50% until August 2026 and keep responsibility for Technology Center in Ludvika

How you´ll make an impact
• Act as a strong partner to the business unit, providing guidance and support in all HR-related matters.
• Collaborate with the factory leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company’s objectives.
• Take responsibility for the overall HR process in the unit, including the collaboration with central functions like e.g. Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or Employer Branding. Step-in to fill gaps in case the central support does not meet the local requirement (e.g. due to distance between the locations).
• Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations matters and performance management.
• Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, talent management, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and be an interface to the rest of the business to share best practices and ensure consistency in HR processes and policies.
Your Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
• Understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Good skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken, is necessary.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
PLEASE NOTE:
-The person needs to travel to Figeholm 3 days every 3-6 weeks.

-In the beginning 80% on site – remote possible from time to time. After onboarding possible to increase

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN may be possible, but Onsite preferred and initially 80% on site and also have possibility to travel to Figeholm from time to time.
