Description:
Associate Project Manager, with the support of project team, is responsible for successful execution / delivery of assigned task – mostly documentation related – on-time, within budget, according to Hitachi Energy quality system and using general or proprietary IT tools.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Knows creation, editing and publication of technical documentation using IT tools in Windows suite as well as handling renderings of drawings and illustrations in combination with technical copy. Communicates fluent in spoken and written English. Experienced (+5y) working with complex technical subject matter in IT, engineering or technology services.
Role requires a high degree of self-motivation, quality control of output and readiness to learn.
Additional Hiring Information for Supplier:
Project support team. Associate project manager, working with the sub project manager. Documentation management.
Experience in technical documentation management, planning, and process handling is essential.
The candidate should be disciplined, target-oriented, stress-resistant, and comfortable making project-related decisions and delegating work within the technical framework.
One stage interview. Face to face interview is the preference.
NOTE:
This is for 2 positions, not a junior position. Formal education is a plus.
Language requirement: English spoken and written.
Hybrid working possible 2 days in office per week.

Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN may be possible, but Onsite preferred.
