• HITACHI ENERGY Certified Senior Project Manager or PMP® Certified Senior Project Manager or IPMA Level B/C certification.
• Certified SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, Product owner/ Product Manager
• Ability to work with projects of different size, complexity and contractual types.
• Ability to assess, propose and implement solutions for rapid recovery of troubled or challenged projects (need based).

• Responsible for operational sub-system/area.
• Support project reviews from an operational perspective.
• Active and regular information exchange with Product Owner, Area Managers, and Office Managers.
• Coordinate solutions and base work across domains/disciplines.
• Drive enhancement of processes and base operational model development.
• Interface with other operational and engineering departments.
• Champion continuous improvement in operations.
• Provide mentorship and leadership.

• Lead by example in operational excellence.
• Support project teams and tender/conceptual teams with process alignment.
• Be part of Operations Management team.
• Obtain and maintain knowledge of relevant operational standards and compliance requirements.
• Track operational issues, process updates, and share relevant information across projects.

• Attend periodic meetings with the engineering Product Owners and Operations Organization (if needed) for alignment.
• Facilitate cross-functional dialogue between Control & Protection (C&P) and other operational/engineering organizations – Interface with sister organizations.
• Swedish mandatory.
• 3 days/week in Ludvika office – non negotiable.
• Interviews via teams.
