Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
They are now in the final stages of the first pilot go-live in the program (which is split over two go-live projects). The program and the solution it governs will become more mature over time and the focus will shift from the current initial template and pilot establishment, through a roll-out and stabilization period, and then towards incremental improvement and steady-state maintenance. It is therefore now time for the program to evolve from a simple waterfall release mode into a more dynamic and efficient model allowing for continuous development and multiple parallel initiatives.
This request is for a consultant highly experienced in project and program governance including organization, governance, methods etc. The role will be instrumental in transforming our customers program as it evolves and becomes more efficient and the role will be part of the program management office and work closely with the program management. The focus here is on the business development aspect of a big transformational program organization.
The role will be responsible for the continuous evolution of the program to ensure it stays fit-for-purpose and structured to meet the needs of an evolving program and organization. This includes a focus on roles and responsibilities as well as how best to practically implement a way of working with evolving methodology. This may include areas such as playbooks and documentation guidelines, it may include areas such as tailoring different methodologies to be used in different areas of the program and securing that the right tools are set in place and the governance of these is clear. The role will work across the program dimension with a wide array of topics in order to ensure seamless cooperation for optimal internal and external effectiveness.
Skallkrav
A degree in Business admin logistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience of sizable program/project management and governance.
Business development typed experience.
Experience with ERP implementation projects, and an understanding of the challenges associated.
Proven experience in program management and portfolio planning of projects, with both business and system dimensions. Preferably in manufacturing sectors.
Experience with project planning and different methodologies.
Experience using Jira, Excel, Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
English (primary) and swedish (secondary) speaker.
