- Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, systems engineering or similar. Electronic in hardware is the key
- Knowledge of automotive industry (passenger car or heavy truck). Good to have
- Demonstrates a good understanding of engineering principles, theories, and techniques, an understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods. An awareness of the environmental impact of design ideas.
- Good knowledge in interpreting vehicle electrical architecture design
- Good knowledge in vehicle system architecture (BEV & ICE)
- Good knowledge in CAN bus system
- Good knowledge in measurement system, CANalyzer, CANape etc
- Practical skills with good “hands-on” ability
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Social, supportive, and sharing personality
- Strong ability to communicate and interact with all levels of customers and employees
- Proactive self-starter who is focused on continuous improvement / forward thinking
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly work within an office environment but may be asked to support mechanical/ electrical/ or software development in a laboratory setting or on a vehicle at a customer site.
